Enactus: trasforma le tue idee in azione

Enactus è un programma internazionale che permette a studenti universitari e ITS di sviluppare competenze, mettere alla prova il proprio talento e trasformare idee innovative in progetti imprenditoriali capaci di generare impatto sociale e ambientale.

Entrando nel Team Enactus locale potrai lavorare insieme a studenti provenienti da percorsi di studio diversi, individuare problemi e opportunità reali e progettare soluzioni sostenibili mettendo concretamente in pratica ciò che stai imparando.

Un percorso per imparare facendo

Enactus accompagna gli studenti durante l'anno accademico attraverso un'esperienza di learning by doing che integra progettazione, formazione, mentoring e confronto con il mondo professionale.

Partecipando al programma potrai:

• lavorare in un team multidisciplinare e sviluppare un progetto imprenditoriale a impatto;

• allenare competenze trasversali e imprenditoriali come creatività, leadership, collaborazione, problem solving, comunicazione e capacità di trasformare le idee in azione;

• confrontarti con mentor, professionisti e aziende, ricevendo feedback e nuove prospettive sul tuo progetto e sul tuo percorso;

• entrare in una community nazionale e internazionale di studenti, università, alumni e professionisti;

• partecipare a incontri, attività formative e occasioni di networking;

• presentare il progetto del tuo team alla Enactus National Competition e confrontarti con gli altri team universitari italiani.

Il team che si distingue a livello nazionale ha inoltre l'opportunità di rappresentare l'Italia alla Enactus World Cup, entrando in contatto con studenti, imprese e changemaker provenienti da tutto il mondo.

Come funziona il Team Enactus

Solitamente il Team Enactus nasce all'interno delle nostre aule ed è accompagnato da un Faculty Advisor, un docente che rappresenta un punto di riferimento per gli studenti e facilita il rapporto tra il team e le strutture istituzionali e amministrative.

Il team riunisce studenti di discipline e competenze differenti: non è necessario avere già un progetto o studiare economia. La multidisciplinarietà è uno dei punti di forza dell'esperienza Enactus.

Una volta costituito, il gruppo elegge il proprio Team Leader e inizia il percorso annuale: dalle prime idee allo sviluppo del progetto, fino alla possibilità di presentarlo alla National Competition.

Perché partecipare?

Perché l’apprendimento può essere molto più degli esami.

Enactus offre uno spazio in cui scoprire ciò che sai fare mettendoti realmente alla prova, sviluppare competenze utili per il tuo futuro personale e professionale e costruire qualcosa che abbia valore insieme ad altre persone.

Enactus: turn your ideas into action

Enactus is an international programme that enables university and ITS students to develop skills, put their talent to the test, and turn innovative ideas into entrepreneurial projects capable of generating social and environmental impact.

By joining your local Enactus Team, you will work alongside students from different academic backgrounds, identify real-world problems and opportunities, and design sustainable solutions while putting what you are learning into practice.

Learn by Doing

Throughout the academic year, Enactus takes students on a learning-by-doing journey that combines project development, training, mentoring, and engagement with the professional world.

By taking part in the programme, you will have the opportunity to:

• work in a multidisciplinary team and develop an impact-driven entrepreneurial project;

• strengthen transversal and entrepreneurial skills such as creativity, leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, and the ability to turn ideas into action;

• engage with mentors, professionals, and companies, gaining feedback and new perspectives on both your project and your personal development;

• become part of a national and international community of students, universities, alumni, and professionals;

• take part in events, training activities, and networking opportunities;

• present your team’s project at the Enactus National Competition and connect with other university teams from across Italy.

The team that stands out at national level also has the opportunity to represent Italy at the Enactus World Cup, connecting with students, companies, and changemakers from around the world.

How an Enactus Team Works

Each Enactus Team is based within a university or ITS and supported by a Faculty Advisor, an academic who serves as a point of reference for students and helps strengthen the connection between the team and the university.

The team brings together students with different academic backgrounds and skills. You do not need to already have a project or be studying business or economics. Multidisciplinarity is one of the key strengths of the Enactus experience.

Once the team is formed, its members elect their Team Leader and begin their journey for the year: from exploring initial ideas to developing their project and, ultimately, having the opportunity to present it at the National Competition.
